Meridian Roof Revival is a roof rejuvenation service operated by Clancy Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"), serving homeowners in New England. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit meridianroofrevival.com, request a quote, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to answer your questions, quote your roof, and do the work. We never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our quote or contact form, call, email, or message us on social media, you may share:

  • Your name, email address and phone number

  • Your property address and details about your roof (age, condition, photos)

  • Anything else you include in your message

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

Information from others. If you reach us through Facebook, Instagram or Google, we receive whatever information you choose to share through those platforms, such as your profile name. If you leave us a Google review, it is public under Google's terms.

Our website runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies to keep the site working and to give us basic visitor statistics. We may also use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure our advertising. We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service, support your warranty, and meet tax and legal requirements, typically at least the life of your warranty. Inquiries that don't become jobs are deleted when they're no longer useful.
